Web Designer
Job Description
FXV Digital Design, Inc has an opportunity for a Web Designer to join our team! We are looking for a motivated, collaborative, and passionate designer to help drive web efforts using WordPress and Divi.
This is a full-time position, working in our office in Wyomissing, PA. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE JOB. Please do not apply if you live elsewhere.

Requirements and Skills
- Web design and related experience with WORDPRESS AND DIVI (no exceptions!)
- Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and time management skills
- Working knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout
- Understanding of marketing strategy and ability to execute strategy with design solutions
- Proficient with industry-standard Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign), Google products, and related business and communications tools
- Must provide portfolio showing web design work, demonstrating understanding of design principles for consideration
- Understanding of UX/UI design
- SEO knowledge
Responsibilities
- Create web design concepts and development
- Develop artwork and visual elements for websites
- Assist with the maintenance of websites using WordPress
- Support the Communication and Marketing team in ensuring branding guidelines are followed and upheld across the organization
- Takes ownership of projects and organizes workflow efficiently
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and adjust designs to meet evolving objectives/needs
- Participate in brainstorming and planning to generate new ideas across department
