From the friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff to the playful cats and tasty treats, Kitt’s Café creates a unique vibe that makes you want to stick around—and tough to leave without planning your next visit.
A Family-Owned Local Favorite
Kitt’s Café & Gandalf’s Garden is run by Kimberly Pryor and her wonderful family. Her kids—Rhiannon, Jordan, and Noah—play vital roles in keeping the place running, transforming it into a genuine family effort focused on community, kindness, and creativity.
The café offers a cozy spot where visitors can unwind, sip on drinks or indulge in sweet treats, check out unique goods, shop for houseplants, and spend time with some very special furry friends.
Cats, Coffee, and a Chance to Adopt
One of the standout features of Kitt’s Café is its dedicated cat room. The café collaborates with Humane Pennsylvania to give adoptable cats a comfortable space while they wait for their forever homes.
Since opening in 2024, Kitt’s Café has successfully facilitated an impressive 237 cat adoptions by the time we visited. That’s an amazing impact for both the animals and the families who have welcomed these new companions.
Whether you’re on the lookout to adopt, just love hanging out with cats, or want to support a business making a real difference, the cat room is definitely worth experiencing.
